Responsibilities
Lead the restaurant experience: manage food production, guest service, crew and manager work.
People processes: recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, performance management, coaching.
Business decisions: inventory, budget, food ordering and costs.
Food safety and quality standards.
Guest and employee safety and operational excellence.
Qualifications

Effective communication and anticipation of customer needs.
Decision making in a fast‑paced environment.
