Job description
GENERAL MANAGER
Salary $70,098.97/yr
Responsibilities:
Manage successful restaurant operations creating positive guest and team experiences
Accountable for maintaining restaurant staffing and creating a low-turnover environment
Passion for training, managing, and developing an outstanding team at all levels
Maintain positive financial results through sales growth and cost management
Financial management, reporting, communication, banking
Crisis management and guest resolution
Professional communication and dissemination of information to the team
Oversee food safety, quality assurance, checklists, and temperature checks
Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and equipment
Execute and enforce all company standards, policies, and procedures
Full understanding and execution of government food safety requirements achieve high health inspection scores
