Job description
Chestnut Land Company, the nation’s largest domestic franchise partner of Auntie Anne’s Pretzels, is seeking a high-energy General Manager for our Charlotte Premium Outlets location. This role is fully responsible for the overall supervision, daily operations, and profitability of the store. You will lead team recruitment, ensure operational excellence, and uphold Auntie Anne’s celebrated standards for product quality and customer service.
Base Salary: $52,000-$61,750 per year.
Bonus Potential: Up to $5,200 annually.
Work-Life Balance: Standard mall hours with no late nights or early mornings.

Manage inventory: Order all necessary store resources, food products, and supplies.

Maintain quality: Prep, bake, and serve fresh pretzel products alongside your crew.
Lead culture: Conduct routine staff meetings and foster a highly motivated team environment.
Handle relations: Act as the primary liaison with mall management and marketing specialists.
