Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 per year

Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a dedicated restaurant team to deliver high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance with brand standards.
Drive financial performance, including P&L management and cost control initiatives.
Communicate effectively with staff and customers to create a positive dining experience.
Qualifications
Enthusiastic and experienced General Manager or equivalent leadership in a restaurant environment.
