Job Summary
We seek a seasoned leader looking to join an organization in a high‑growth period. This individual will drive success for their site while ensuring a positive experience for all. A successful candidate would love working outdoors in all conditions and will be excited to roll up their sleeves to get the job done! You will manage a team of highly trained, optimistic Advisors, Operators, Attendants, and Supervisors to provide exceptional guest service in a fun, interactive atmosphere. We need a dedicated team member that has experience in management, and a willingness to learn the car wash industry.

General Requirements
Authorized to work in the U.S.
18 years of age or older
50+ Hour Work Week – Including Evenings and Weekends
Advanced Computer Skills
Mechanical aptitude or knowledge
4+ years of successful management experience
Highly developed communication skills – bilingual a plus!
Carwash experience to understand industry‑specific challenges and opportunities preferred
Responsibilities
Conduct reports on site-specific analytics and issues
Participate in nationwide and regional initiatives
Drive business for your site of operation
Develop your team and manage corrective action
Repair minor mechanical issues
Maintain a safe and clean work area; keep alert for potential hazards
Conduct sales to drive revenue and increase profitability
Resolve all customer and membership issues in a timely manner
Recruit and coach team members to ensure company values and customer service expectations are met
Manage all fiscal responsibility for site
Other duties as assigned
$75,000 - $85,000 a year
