Recruit, train, and inspire a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and service excellence.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Collaborate with marketing to promote events, attract new members, and enhance the club’s brand presence.

Requirements

7+ years of senior leadership experience in upscale hospitality, luxury hotels, private member clubs, country clubs, and fine dining.

Proven success managing both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations, including full‑service kitchen and bar programs.

Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and profitability.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with high‑profile clientele and inspire staff.

A track record of creating memorable guest experiences and cultivating long‑term guest and member loyalty.

Knowledge of wine, spirits, and culinary trends, with a passion for innovation in food & beverage.

NYC Department of Health issued food protection certification.
