Key Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Hire, develop, and coach a high-performing team.
Drive sales and profitability while managing labor and food costs.
Create and maintain a positive, energetic culture within the restaurant.
Inspire your leadership team through effective coaching and mentorship.
Demonstrate operational excellence through daily leadership and management.
Requirements
Proven restaurant management experience preferred, but strong leadership skills and work ethic are essential.
Passionate about hospitality and committed to creating a positive workplace culture.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of responsibilities.

Schedule
This is a full-time position with evenings off, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.
