Requirements
Commercial construction leadership experience
Business unit, regional, or office leadership
P&L ownership exceeding $50M
Large team leadership experience
Budgeting and forecasting ownership
Customer-facing leadership experience
Demonstrated operational success
Significant financial responsibility
Strongly Preferred
General Contractor leadership experience
Regional operations experience
Multi-location responsibility
Design-build environment experience
Specialty contractor leadership
Compensation:
Base: $135,000 to $175,000, OTE: Around $200k to $300k. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. xhqgsiq Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
