Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced General Manager to join their team in the Charlotte, NC area! This person will be critical to the success of a young and growing organization by driving revenue growth and ensuring profitability.
Base pay range
$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections
Utilize warm leads to develop and maintain a book of business
Diagnose and educate homeowners on the issues they have in their home and provide solution options
Estimate the repairs and provide homeowners with job proposals
Close sales with customers in the home
Maintain relationships with customers while tracking sales lead pipeline
Qualifications
1-2 years of sales experience
3-5 years of experience within crawl space repair or related industry
An entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and company growth
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
Compensation Package
Base salary plus a competitive commission structure
