Job description
Remuneration: $110,000 - $120,000 + 8% profit share bonus
The role of the General Manager -Cubicles & Washrooms will involve:
Sales focused General Manager position promoting a manufactured range of visual display products, portioning systems, cubicles and washroom accessories such as: access areas, partition systems, custom cubicles, washroom panelling, lockers, benches, door hardware
Full P&L responsibility for a branch with circa $6m revenue
Target of circa $8m in revenue
Developing & managing a team of 7 headcounts, including 2 sales reps, a project manager, a project coordinator, warehouse employee & accountant as well as circa 12 sub contracted installers
Responsible for all sales & operational functions within the Los Angeles branch to maximum profit
Signing off on all PO’s
Driving the sales reps targets and strategic growth plans
The ideal applicant will be a General Manager - Cubicles & Washrooms with:
Must have senior operation or sales experience in the construction industry
Must have people management experience
Ideally have division 10 product experience
Be able to manage full P&L balance sheet
