Job description
Sur La Table is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-performing store team and deliver exceptional culinary and retail experiences. You will drive operations, merchandising, and guest engagement to meet and exceed sales goals, while upholding SLT policies and standards.
The role requires 3+ years of retail management, a Food Manager Certification, and strong leadership and communication skills to inspire staff and provide outstanding customer service.
