Job description
DriveTime is seeking a General Manager to lead a flagship dealership with accountability for sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will guide a diverse team, drive performance across channels, and implement company initiatives designed to grow the business while maintaining our customer-first approach.
You will report to senior leadership and shape operations, coaching managers to achieve strong results and a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
