Pay: $77,000 / year + bonus
Key Responsibilities
Lead overall dealership performance with a focus on sales growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Drive sales volume and profitability objectives utilizing all sales channels in a continually changing environment.
Execute company-wide initiatives, strategies, and marketing programs to maximize business results and meet or exceed dealership goals.
Coach and develop high-performing teams while creating a culture of accountability and growth.
Provide leadership and direction across dealership operations to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Conduct regular team meetings focused on performance, communication, and continuous improvement.
Analyze business trends, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to improve dealership performance.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
5+ years of leadership or management experience
General Manager, Retail Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, or other operational leadership experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and operational results
