Job description
McDonald's Restaurants Limited is seeking a General Manager for a high-volume restaurant. You will drive profitability, uphold McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards, and lead a team to deliver great guest experiences.
You will mentor Department and Shift Managers, recruit and develop talent, and collaborate with the franchisee to achieve goals. 18+ years old, fast-paced hospitality or retail background preferred.
