Job description
McDonald’s restaurant is seeking a General Manager to run a profitable operation and uphold McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. You will lead Department Managers, set goals, monitor progress, and foster development to ensure excellent guest experiences.
Ideal candidates have prior GM experience in high-volume locations, preferably in quick service, hospitality or retail. Minimum age 18+ and a strong leadership track record are required to succeed in this role.
