Job description
Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking General Managers in North Carolina to lead high-performing restaurant teams with a hands-on, upbeat leadership style. Base compensation is $75,000–$90,000 per year, with huge monthly bonus potential and a note of $30,000+ bonus potential once enrolled.
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), STD, three weeks of paid time off, and flexible schedules. The role typically runs five days with Fri/Sat/Sun shifts, and many shifts run 8a–8p or 11a–11p
