The General Manager will oversee two Marriott select‑service assets in Wisconsin Dells, SpringHill Suites and Fairfield Inn, reporting to the Regional Director of Operations.
This hands‑on, multi‑property leadership role demands strong operational discipline, financial acumen, and a guest‑driven mindset to drive revenue, service quality, and team development in a highly seasonal market. You will lead brand compliance, budgeting, staffing, and guest satisfaction initiatives across both properties.
