Job description
Bruegger's Bagels in Cornelius, NC is seeking a General Manager to oversee all store operations with a hands-on, ownership mindset. The GM will ensure audit readiness, manage catering and in-store orders, and maintain an exceptional guest experience from opening through 2pm close.
Successful candidates typically bring 1–3 years of GM/AGM restaurant experience, strong leadership, and the ability to drive food costs and labor targets while recruiting and developing team members. 18+ required.
