This position oversees all operational aspects of a Papa John's restaurant including execution of all Operations Manager duties when that position is unavailable/unfilled. Operations Managers, Manager Designates, and Shift Leaders report directly to the General Manager. Operations Managers, Manager Designates, and Shift Leaders report directly to the General Manager.
