General Manager – Entertainment Group
Location: Dobbs Ferry, NYC
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 DOE + 20% Quarterly Bonus

Due to their ongoing success, they are seeking an ambitious General Manager to help lead their team!
The Role
As General Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations, team development, guest experience, and financial performance of the location. You will also provide oversight of the adjacent restaurant.
General Manager responsibilities:
Ensure all customer queries and operational issues are addressed and rectified in a prompt, efficient manor
Provide a positive and motivating work environment and culture
Guide and train a large team to success
Be an ambassador for the company and build strong working relationships
The Ideal Candidate will have:
5+ years Hospitality Management experience
Strong communication and leadership skills and can work well as part of a team
Passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience
