Job description
Café Zupas in Rexburg, Idaho is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations with a five-day set schedule. This role offers a yearly salary range of $70k-$125k and an opportunity for a large bonus plan plus a yearly international incentive trip.
You will develop and mentor team members, manage day-to-day operations, and foster a positive, fast-paced culture while ensuring guest satisfaction and efficient service. No Sundays, early mornings, or late nights are required.
