Job description
Eggs Up Grill in Easley, SC is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, guest service, and team development.
You will supervise front and back-of-house teams, manage budgets, scheduling, payroll, and drive sales while maintaining the brand’s hospitality focus and takeout accuracy.
You will cultivate a friendly hometown atmosphere, recruit and train staff, and ensure food safety and quality across shifts, while building relationships with regulars and newcomers alike.
