Job description
Flynn Wendy's in Silver Spring is seeking a General Manager to lead operations, mentor staff, and champion Wendy's service standards.
You will have full operational and financial responsibility for your restaurant, in a drive-thru heavy environment, with growth, bonus, and benefits opportunities.
Candidates should have at least three years of GM experience in quick-service with heavy drive-thru, and a proven track record in food safety, labor, and customer satisfaction.
