Job description
Chestnut Land Company, the nation’s largest domestic franchise partner of Auntie Anne’s Pretzels, seeks a high-energy General Manager for our Charlotte Premium Outlets location. You will oversee daily operations, recruit staff, and drive profitability while upholding brand standards for quality and service.
Base salary ranges from $52,000 to $61,750 per year with up to $5,200 in annual bonuses, plus health benefits, a 401(k) match, and tuition reimbursement.
