Job description
D1 Training is seeking a hands-on General Manager for its Martinsburg facility to lead daily operations, drive member satisfaction, and grow revenue. You will oversee staff, budgets, and a dynamic sales process while upholding the D1 training philosophy and ensuring a best-in-class client experience.
Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, proven sales ability, and experience managing P&L, budgets, and performance metrics in a gym or fitness setting.
