General Manager – Five Guys (Life’s Food Franchise)
Location: 815 1 Parkway, Gatlinburg, TN 37738, USA
Total Compensation: $64,000 – $70,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus Potential
About the Role
At Life’s Food, we are a locally owned franchisee group running high-volume restaurants for one of the country’s premier, iconic fast-casual brands. We’re looking for a high-energy "people person" in Gatlinburg who leads from the front on the line during peak hours and keeps a sharp eye on store profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the People: Recruit, coach, and inspire a top-notch crew. Stay active on the line alongside your team during peak rushes.
Manage the Numbers: Take charge of your P&L by keeping labor schedules efficient and food waste low.
Set the Standard: Drive high operational standards, food safety, and memorable customer experiences across your store.
Qualifications
2+ years of leadership in high-volume fast-casual, QSR, or hospitality management.
Solid financial sense with hands-on experience controlling labor and food costs.
High-energy, coaching mindset with a track record of developing crew members.
Flexibility to work a flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends) based on business needs.
