The General Manager is the restaurant leader, responsible for the success of the individual restaurant. This role focuses on sales goals, employee performance, and adherence to company policies and practices. The GM uses established systems and processes to maximize profits, ensure guest satisfaction, and develop team members. The position reports to the District Manager.
Qualifications Include
Minimum two years of management experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Quick Service Restaurant experience required
Valid Driver's License
