Overview
The General Manager is the Restaurant Leader! This position is key to the success of an individual Restaurant. The GM is focused on sales goals, employee performance, and company policies and practices. They use the systems and processes in place to maximize our profits, satisfy our guests, and develop our teams. This position reports to the District Manager.
Responsibilities
Lead the restaurant to meet sales goals and maximize profits while driving guest satisfaction and developing the team.
Focus on employee performance and adherence to company policies and practices.
Use brand systems and processes to support operations and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum two years management experience
High school education
Quick Service Restaurant Experience required
Valid Driver's License
