About the Role
The General Manager is the restaurant leader, responsible for the success of the individual restaurant. The GM focuses on sales goals, employee performance, and adherence to company policies and practices. They utilize systems and processes to maximize profits, ensure guest satisfaction, and develop teams. This position reports to the District Manager.
Qualifications
Minimum two years of management experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Quick Service Restaurant experience required
Valid Driver's License
