The General Manager is the Restaurant Leader! This position is key to the success of an individual Restaurant. The GM focuses on sales goals, employee performance, and adherence to company policies and practices. They use the systems and processes in place to maximize profits, satisfy guests, and develop the team. This position reports to the District Manager.
Qualifications
Minimum two years management experience
High school education
Quick Service Restaurant Experience required
Valid Driver's License
