Position Overview
The General Manager (GM) is the Restaurant Leader responsible for the success of the restaurant. The GM focuses on achieving sales goals, employee performance, and adherence to company policies and practices. They utilize systems and processes to maximize profits, ensure guest satisfaction, and develop team members. The position reports to the District Manager.
Qualifications
Minimum two years management experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in Quick Service Restaurants required
Valid Driver's License
