Role Overview: The General Manager is the restaurant leader responsible for the success of the individual restaurant. Key focus areas include sales goals, employee performance, and adherence to company policies and practices. The GM utilizes established systems and processes to maximize profits, ensure guest satisfaction, and develop team members. This position reports directly to the District Manager.
Qualifications:
Minimum of two years management experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in Quick Service Restaurants required
Valid Driver's License
