About The Role
As General Manager, you’ll lead club operations, drive membership growth, develop your team, and create an exceptional member experience. Your leadership will shape club culture and directly impact the lives of members and employees.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Growth
Drive membership sales through outreach, referrals, and community engagement
Build local partnerships and networking opportunities
Achieve membership and conversion goals
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, coach, and motivate staff
Foster a culture of accountability and excellence
Develop future leaders within the club
Member Experience
Deliver outstanding customer service
Support member onboarding and retention initiatives
Build strong relationships with members and resolve concerns professionally
Operations
Maintain club cleanliness and presentation standards
Manage schedules, reporting, and performance metrics
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
