General Manager – Popeyes
We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the operation of our restaurants, ensuring outstanding food, service, and profitability.
Responsibilities
Direct the daily operations of the restaurant.
Ensure compliance with company standards in product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention, and financial accountability.
Deliver the highest quality products and services to each customer.
Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum six months of Popeyes managerial experience or one year of General Manager experience with another concept, or a recommendation from the current Area Manager.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to calculate and analyze data, interpret Profit and Loss Statements, and demonstrate strong leadership.
Excellent communication with all levels of staff.
Computer literate and proficient with relevant software.
