General Manager Opportunity At Twigs Bistro & Martini BarTwigs Bistro & Martini Bar is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our team at our newly opened Coeur d'Alene location.Twigs is known for delivering a polished casual dining experience with fresh ingredients, handcrafted cocktails, and exceptional hospitality. Our General Manager plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining a strong team culture, and delivering an outstanding experience for every guest.We are looking for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality, team development, and operational excellence.Responsibilities:Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordinationLead, coach, and develop a strong management and hourly teamMaintain high standards of guest service, food quality, and hospitalityManage labor, scheduling, and staffing levels to support operational needsMonitor and control sales performance, labor costs, and operational expensesEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and company policiesFoster a positive, respectful, and team-focused work environmentAddress guest feedback and resolve concerns in a professional and timely mannerCollaborate with leadership on promotions, events, and community engagementEnsure cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness throughout the restaurantQualifications:Previous experience as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Restaurant ManagerStrong leadership and team development skillsExperience managing high-volume restaurant operationsKnowledge of labor management, scheduling, and cost controlsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFlexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidaysReliable transportation and consistent attendanceStrong hospitality mindset and guest-focused leadership styleKey Traits We Value:Positive leadership style and great attitudeStrong ability to motivate and develop teamsEfficient time management and multitasking skillsAbility to both take direction and lead effectivelyPassion for hospitality and guest experienceWillingness to learn and grow with our team
