Responsibilities
Create an environment prioritizing guest satisfaction, ensuring a positive guest service experience.
Respond promptly to guest concerns.
Hire and train high-quality staff committed to guest satisfaction.
Evaluate employee performance and foster continuous improvement in skills, knowledge, and morale.
Provide regular coaching and feedback to staff.
Maintain a fun and engaging work environment.
Develop and implement the business plan, including fiscal responsibilities, staffing, and local marketing.
Manage labor effectively to meet budget goals.
Oversee financial results and execute marketing programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
Model and promote company values and a guest-focused approach.
Demonstrate integrity, respect, and performance orientation, including clear communication of expectations and recognition of good performance.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 3-5 years in management, preferably in a restaurant setting.
Hours: Ability to work 47.5-50 hours weekly, including flexible scheduling as needed.

Basic computer skills.
Financial acumen including budgeting and P&L management.
Organizational and team-building skills.
Problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills.
Physical Requirements
Long hours, standing, and working around heat and in close quarters.
Ability to lift 50-75 pounds.
