Job description
La Lucha and Star Rover are seeking a General Manager to lead our dynamic team in the Houston Heights. The General Manager helms all aspects of restaurant operations in an open, positive, and approachable manner, oversees seating and menu changes, and is responsible for hiring, training and developing staff to ensure guests’ total satisfaction.
Competitive salary: $85,000 – $120,000/yr DOE + generous quarterly bonus program.
