Job description
Filta Bay Area is seeking a General Manager to drive the next growth phase and develop the organization. The GM will oversee Operations, Sales, and Administration and partner with the owner on strategy and major business decisions.
You will build the management infrastructure, set KPIs, and ensure scalable processes while maintaining strong ownership, judgment, and learning ability to turn unclear problems into action.
