Job description
Arboras is seeking a General Manager to professionalize operations, implement scalable systems, and drive growth beyond Nashville. You will partner with the founder on finance, CRM, reporting, and day-to-day execution while leading cross-functional initiatives and expanding to new regional markets.
Ideal candidates bring 3–4+ years in operations, finance, or marketplace management, with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication skills.
