Workout Anytime | $50,000–$75,000+ | Leadership Track
If you have never managed inside a gym, this position may not be for you.
We're building a major multi-unit ownership group inside Workout Anytime with a long-term target of 50 locations, and we're hiring a leader who can grow with it.
This role begins with one club and is designed to expand into two-club management within approximately 60–90 days.
GM → Multi-Club Manager → Regional Leadership
THE ROLE
Grow the business. Develop the people. Own the numbers.
You’ll own membership growth, personal training, people, payroll, retention, operations, KPIs and member experience.
This is hands‑on leadership. Great managers create activity, sell, coach, solve problems, hold people accountable and develop strong teams.
We believe in work‑life balance, but leaders own the outcome. This isn’t about sitting in a club for unnecessary hours. The goal is to build strong people and systems that eventually operate without you solving every problem.
The first 60–90 days are a building period. You’ll learn the operation, establish standards, develop your team and create momentum. Some weeks will require flexibility.
If you’re looking for the easiest management job you can find, this isn’t it. If you’re a go‑getter who enjoys challenges, autonomy and measurable results, you’ll probably love it.

COMPENSATION & GROWTH
Starting base: approximately $50,000–$60,000.
Your starting base is determined by experience and is designed around the full scope of the role, including responsibility for both clubs.
You’ll initially focus on your home club before expanding into two‑club management. Taking on club two does not automatically increase salary. Producing results does.
At approximately 90 days, we’ll review net membership growth, membership revenue, PT revenue, team development and operational execution. Strong performance can reset your base and increase performance compensation.
We’ll review again at six months.
Multi‑club earning opportunity: approximately $55,000–$75,000+.
Sustained performance creates the path into Regional Management as additional locations are added.

WHO WE WANT
Fitness leadership experience is strongly preferred: GM, AGM, Fitness Director, PT Manager, Sales Manager or comparable.
You should understand personal training as a business through selling PT, managing production, leading trainers or operating a PT department.
