Job description
Outdoor Equipment Co. is seeking a General Manager to lead a multi-department team at our Michigan location. You will drive revenue growth, manage Sales, Parts, Service, and Administration, and ensure processes align with our core values of integrity, excellence, accountability and fun.
You will recruit and develop staff, monitor KPIs, optimize inventory and pricing, and maintain strong OEM/vendor relationships while delivering exceptional customer experiences and sustained profitability.
