This is a key leadership role responsible for team development, customer experience, financial performance, and operational excellence.The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who is comfortable managing managers, understanding financial results, solving problems, and driving accountability in a fast-paced service environment. ### Responsibilities* Oversee daily operations across both locations.* Lead, coach, and develop operational managers and teams.* Drive customer satisfaction and a consistent 5-star customer experience.* Monitor P&L performance, revenue, expenses, and operating results.* Establish and track operational goals and KPIs.* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and service delivery.* Partner with HR, Sales, Accounting, Safety, Marketing, Dispatch, Customer Care, and Warehouse teams.* Recruit, develop, and retain strong talent.* Promote a culture of safety, accountability, employee ownership, and continuous improvement.* Support strategic initiatives and business growth.### Qualifications* 5+ years of progressive operational leadership experience.* Experience leading managers and operational teams.* Experience with P&L management and financial performance.* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.* Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service.* Experience in HVAC, plumbing, home services, trades, or field service preferred.* Multi-location leadership experience preferred.* Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.### Why Join HB Home Services?* Lead a growing, multi-location operation.* Work alongside a strong leadership team.* Opportunities for professional growth and development.* Employee ownership through our ESOP.* A culture centered around **Trust, Team, Grit, and Growth**. **If you're a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, improving operations, and driving business results, we'd love to hear from you.**
