Overview
Melton Hospitality Advisors is assisting a forward-thinking hospitality client to identify a Dual General Manager who can lead two hotel properties with vision, energy, and results. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to shape culture, drive performance, and elevate guest experiences across multiple locations.
This opportunity offers a competitive base salary of $150,000–$170,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. Our client is committed to rewarding excellence and investing in leadership that drives results.

What Our Client Needs
A strategic business leader who can oversee all hotel operations—from Front Office to Housekeeping, Food Service, Sales, and Maintenance.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
4+ years of hotel management experience.

Tech-savvy and comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Proven ability to build culture, resolve challenges, and lead with purpose.
