General Manager
Are you highly skilled in leadership and ready to define, strategize, and execute the vision and mission of a renowned Food & Beverage Company? Do you excel in creating a positive work environment and ensuring customer satisfaction?
The General Manager will lead the management team and crew to embody the company's vision: “Travel Well. Eat Well. Be Well". You will oversee daily restaurant operations, focusing on customer service and employee satisfaction.
Requirements:
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Expertise in food safety and restaurant guidelines
Cheerful and positive attitude
Teamwork oriented
Previous restaurant/food service management experience required
Duties/Responsibilities:
Oversee food preparation to ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
Manage inventory, purchase food and supplies with a focus on quality and cost
Handle customer complaints diplomatically
Be hands-on in the Front and Back of House
Organize staffing and coach team members
Follow Food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines
Physical Requirements:
Work quickly and efficiently
Be able to work on your feet for several hours
Lift up to 25 pounds
