Job description
Flynn Arby’s is seeking a General Manager in the United States to lead daily operations, drive sales, manage staff and ensure superb guest experiences. The GM will mentor teams, uphold safety standards, and coordinate inventory, scheduling, and cash handling.
Ideal candidates have prior GM experience in food/hospitality, excellent communication, and a proven track record of improving performance. The role includes a comprehensive benefits package and requires evening/weekend availability.
