Job description
Dash In, part of The Wills Group, is hiring a General Manager for the Salisbury, NC location. You will lead a high-performing store team, drive guest experiences, and oversee daily operations, inventory, merchandising, and financial performance.
You will manage the P&L, protect brand standards, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. This role requires 5+ years of leadership in guest-focused environments, with training possibly conducted in Concord, NC.
