Job description
Penn Station East Coast Subs is seeking an experienced General Manager for the Creve Coeur, MO area. The GM will oversee daily operations, ensure quality products and service, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards while driving guest satisfaction.
The role offers a salary with profit share, annual bonus potential, and a bonus program tied to performance. Normal hours are Mon-Sat with no early mornings or late nights, and the restaurant is closed on major holidays.
