Job description
McDonald's is seeking a General Manager to run a high-volume restaurant and uphold Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards. You will lead a team of department and shift managers, set goals, coach staff, and drive performance to ensure profitability and guest satisfaction.
Ideal candidates bring GM experience in fast‑food or hospitality, a track record of developing leaders, and the ability to recruit, train, and schedule effectively. Must be 18+, and support a franchisee-operated environment.
