Job description
The Gillis Organization, owner of McDonald's restaurant franchises in New Jersey, seeks a General Manager to run a profitable operation and uphold McDonald's Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards. You will lead a leadership team, set goals, and develop staff to deliver great guest experiences.
Qualifications include GM experience in high-volume quick-service locations, hospitality or retail background, proven coaching ability, and a high school diploma or higher.
