Job description
McDonald’s Corporation in the United States is seeking a General Manager to run a profitable restaurant and ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards. You will work with your leader to set goals and create a plan to achieve them.
You’ll lead a team of Department and Shift Managers, provide coaching and direction to improve each department, and hire and develop leaders to carry the business into the future.
